McGEE SHARON ARCHITECTS INC

This graphic design studio was an early design collaboration between Mel McGee and Bill Sharon. The studio is an expression of the Blik Design's work and its work process. It is spontaneous, dynamic, colorful, intriguing, practical and expressive. Unlike most architectural projects that begin with images and photographs of built spaces, Tyler Bilk created a theme with graphic examples. He presented the architect with a collection of images that included modern art , graphic art and typography. The completed design spaces expresses the mood and feeling of these images while creating a dialog between the existing brick and timber warehouse structure and the new design studio components.
